Your privacy at Hubvera

Hubvera is a tool for thinking through financial decisions — not a place to store your money or your bank accounts. We built it that way on purpose, and we've kept the amount of information we collect about you small and specific.

This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, what we don't, how we protect it, and the controls you have over it.

What we collect

Only what we need to give you a useful simulation:

• Your email address — so you can sign in and reset your password.
• The numbers you enter during onboarding: how much capital you have to work with, how much you save each month, your risk comfort level, how much time you have available, and the background tags you pick.
• Your saved scenarios — up to five at a time — so you can come back and pick up where you left off.
• Basic activity records (when you signed up, when you logged in, when you saved something). These help us keep your account secure and investigate problems if they come up.

What we never collect

• Your bank, brokerage, or trading accounts. Hubvera never asks for your login credentials, and we have no way to move money — yours or anyone else's.
• Payment information. We don't take credit cards.
• Live market data or your real-world holdings. Everything you see in the tool is a simulation, not a snapshot of any real portfolio.

How we protect what we do collect

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We've built the application so that only you can see your information when you're signed in — your profile and saved scenarios are walled off from every other user.

The internal records we keep about your account activity are stripped of financial details on purpose. Even our own systems don't log how much money you have, what your risk scores are, or any of the numbers you enter. They record that something happened (you saved a scenario, you updated your profile), not what the values were.

What you control

You stay in charge of your data. From your profile page you can:

• Export your data — download everything we hold about you in a single file.
• Delete your account — wipe your sign-in record, your profile, and all of your saved scenarios. We keep a small, anonymized record that your account was deleted (no name, no email) for up to 12 months in case we need it for security purposes.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The only people with access to your information are the small Hubvera team and the secure-hosting services we depend on to run the product.
