Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-05-18.

1. Educational use only

Hubvera is a decision-support and simulation tool for educational use. It is not financial advice and does not replace a licensed financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or tax professional. Outputs are derived from public historical data and a documented methodology; they are not predictions of future results.

By creating an account or using the tool, you agree that you alone are responsible for any investment decisions you make.

2. Data sources

Risk values are sourced from public datasets (FDIC, FINRA, Federal Reserve, BLS, S&P, MSCI, Nareit, Attom, NAR, and others). Each source is enumerated on our methodology page. Sources can change; values are version-stamped, and saved simulations remain frozen against the version that produced them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent another person's identity when signing up, attempt to bypass authentication or row-level security, scrape the application beyond reasonable personal use, or use the service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

4. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your auth record and associated profile and simulations are removed; a residual audit-log entry without personal identifiers is retained for security forensics.

5. No warranty; liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
